Terms of Use
Scope
These Terms of Use apply to the iOS app "Platzwahl", developed by Felix Leitenberger (crabucate). By using the app you agree to these terms.
Licence
You receive a personal, non-transferable right to use the app on your Apple devices. Redistribution, modification, or commercial exploitation of the app is not permitted.
Intended use
Platzwahl is designed as a tool for teachers to create and manage seating plans. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the app — in particular the entry and storage of student names and other personal data — complies with applicable data protection laws and the requirements of your school or educational authority. See the Privacy Policy for information on data processing.
In-app purchases
Platzwahl may offer optional in-app purchases that unlock additional features. All transactions are processed through Apple. Apple's App Store Terms of Service apply. Purchases cannot be refunded by us after the fact — for refunds please contact Apple Support.
Availability
We strive to provide a stable and reliable app, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability. Updates may change or remove features.
Disclaimer
The app is provided "as is". We accept no liability for damages arising from the use of the app, to the extent permitted by law. In particular, we accept no liability for data you enter or store in the app.
Changes
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the app after a change constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
Governing law
German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.
